3D television - For a theatre experience at home

A lot of people find it tough to pay $20 to the theatre for watching a movie. It is especially more expensive when you have to take the entire family to the movie, especially when the movie is in 3D.
It will cost a minimum of $20 per person for a ticket to a 3D movie. When there are four members in your family and assuming that you would be spending on snacks, the resulting amount is no way cheap. Hence it would be a great idea to have your own home theater. With the increase in the price of movie tickets, the cost of flat screen 3D television is going down. It doesn’t cost you more than $1000 to get a good television with a large screen.
It would cost you about $500 to buy a television with a 42inch screen TV.  When we compare this to the price of standard televisions, we find that these are relatively cheaper. In case you are looking to get yourself a 3D television with the latest technology then you may have to shell out nearly $1500 at a minimum. You would also need to buy some accessories additionally for the 3D television. The accessories include 3D glasses which are not offered along with the 3D TV television and you have to buy them separately. You may have to spend about $80 on a pair. Another item you would need is a 3D ready Blu-ray player which would cost somewhere around $500.
When you compare the cost of these systems with the most preferred standard televisions, you would find the 3D television sets to be very expensive. However you can still get a good system if you are ready to avoid the 3D junk. After you are done inquiring about the televisions, the next step would be to get a good system for surround sound.
You need to get something which has sufficient power to give a good sound quality and you may have to consider the TV and the room size when you are buying the same. After this, you need to look at the console for playing your movies. Blu-ray is the latest in the field. The Blu-ray player can also play DVDs but in case you have a DVD collection then you might as well go for the DVD player. With everything in place you can have a theatre like experience at home.
